In 2012 Nelly and Nikos Apostolopoulos decided to standardize/ patent the olive oil that they have been producing for more than ten years in Greece, in the region of south-west Magnesia, Thessaly. This olive oil originates exclusively from the Apostolopoulos family’s privately owned olive groves which are cultivated using traditional methods, without the use of synthetic fertilizers or chemical pesticides.
This traditional approach of cultivation, combined with the acquired expertise and know-how, guarantee the product’s excellent quality.
