Why use resistance loops RUBBER4POWER in trainings?

Application of resistance loops in training is much more versatile than it may seem. Resistance loops are widely used in Martial arts, Armwrestling, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Fitness, Gymnastics, Sprinting, Swimming, Skiing, Sport Games, Yoga, Pilates and many other kinds of sport.
It is difficult to find a more all-purpose, universal and effective tool for training.
In general, resistance loops in sports are used for:
- Warming-up, stretching;
- Skills honing;
- Improving power-speed qualities;

What are the benefits of training with resistance loops?

1) You can train whenever you want and wherever you want! Resistance loops are lightweight and fit in any sports bag. Professional loops allow to perform both easy and extremely intensive training sessions, that just as effective as training sessions in a gym.

2) Training with resistance loops is less traumatic. Professional loops can reach resistance of 78 kg, however gradual and smooth tension gives an opportunity to stop an exercise at any time, without fear of injury. Thus, weight builds up smoothly, protecting ligaments and joints from overload.

3) Many exercises with weights (for example, barbell or dumbbell curls) generate the highest resistance in the initial phase of the movement and much lesser resistance at the end. What is resistance loops RUBBER4POWER?

Before resistance loops R4P appeared, several types of resistance bands were available on the market such as thin latex bands and tubular type elastic devices. Both are produced specifically for sports, unlike medical tourniquets and cut-outs from car and bicycle tires that were also used as resistance bands. XGRIP MONSTER (XGM) is produced in purple or red color and has the inside diameter of 28 mm, the outside diameter of 69 mm and the length of 130 mm. XGM is designed for advanced athletes who have already been training with adapters XGRIP and want to become even stronger. XGRIP and XGRIP MONSTER do not exclude one another, but complement! To move from XG to XGM during one training is like to increase weight on a bar or difficulty of an exercise. There are 2 thick-bar adapters in the set.
XGRIPSPHERE (XGS) is produced in blue color and has a spherical shape. The outside diameter of XGS is 80mm. The inside diameter is 28 mm. XGS is designed for athletes of strength sports, when fingers and grip strength are of great importance, such as Armwrestling, Armlifting, Judo, Sambo, Mixed Martial Arts, Baseball, Bodybuilding. There are 2 thick-bar adapters in the set.
