JBM accepts TNG/ PayPal and major international credit cards including MasterCard, Visa andUnionPay. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

Delivery

Order of HK$500or above*, Free Delivery#
Purchase less than HK$500*– HK$60 delivery charge#
#Applicable to single delivery address only. Extra HK$60 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.

Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay (except outlying islands).

Home Delivery Schedule

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories Mon to Sat (10:00am - 6:00pm)
Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Disneyland Mon, Wed & Fri (12:00nn - 6:00pm)
Ma Wan Mon, Wed & Fri (12:00nn - 4:00pm)
(No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holiday)
Delivery service is not available to outlying islands and overseas destinations.
Order cut off time is 2:00pm for next day delivery.
Delivery will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted.
Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by JBM

Terms and Conditions

Merchandises listed on this website are available while stock lasts.
Items sold are non-refundable.
Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that customer informs JBM at 5348 8634 within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise. The receipt of merchandise will serve as a proof of purchase.
JBM’s reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.

JBM 的送貨服務覆蓋香港島、九龍、新界、東涌、赤鱲角、馬灣及愉景灣 (離島除外)。

送貨服務時間

香港島、九龍區及新界區 星期一至六 (上午 9 時至下午 6 時)
東涌、愉景灣及迪士尼 星期一、三及五 (下午12時至下午6時)
馬灣 星期一、三及五 (下午12時至下午4時)
(星期日及公眾假期不設送貨服務)
送貨服務不適用於離島及海外地址。
下午2 時後所下之訂單將不接受翌日送貨服務。
當懸掛黑色暴雨警告信號 / 8號或以上熱帶氣旋信號，當日之送貨服務將會暫停。
當貨品送到指定收貨地址時，顧客需要簽收貨品，以證明貨品之責任已轉移至收件人。如果收件人並非付款人，您亦承認收件人的簽署已證明JBM 已完成發貨及送貨之責任。

條款及細則

本網站所陳列之貨品數量有限，售完即止。
所有出售之貨品均不可退回款項。
如發現貨品有任何損毀，請於3 天內致電5348 8634通知JBM顧客服務專員，貨品在原有包裝的情況下JBM可安排更換貨品，請保留有關收據以作換貨用途。
JBM 保留修訂有關條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，將以JBM 最終決定為準。
